How my journey began …
Hello and welcome! I’m Christina, owner of BAKED by CC. BAKED by CC is a home-based bakery located in Irvine, California.
I love cookies! I love to bake them. I love to decorate them. I love to eat them! But more than anything else, I love seeing the joy it brings to someone when I have created something uniquely for them. My cookies are freshly baked, they taste awesome and are specially designed for your special occasion.
This cookie thing started in the early spring of 2019. My family, neighbors, friends and co-workers were subject to testing recipes as well as giving me a chance to practice designing. Then it started … word got out and the orders started coming in. And I’m having so much fun!
When I decided I was going to see how this goes, I couldn’t decide what my company name would be. Then it hit me … “BAKED by CC” is made up of the first initials of the members of my family. “BAKED” are the initials of my 3 kids and 2 grandkids. “By” … is just ‘by’ … no story there. “CC” is my initials as well as my wonderful daughter-in-law. And if you notice in the logo, it’s surrounded by a “J”. That is my husband’s initial. The meaning there is that he holds us all together. Coincidence that it worked out that way? I think not.
